DESCRIPTION:An unfogettable music experience\n\n\n\nBand factory is back! Our biggest and best music event of the year is back for round two of 2022. Beginning on Monday\, October 17th\, we’re inviting you along to a week-long\, unforgettable\, musical experience that’s suitable for any style of musician.  \n\n\n\nWondering if band factory is for you? If you’re a young person\, between the ages of 12 and 18\, and you can play an instrument (any instrument at all; we’ve even had bagpipe players before!) then you’re the perfect fit. Beginning on Monday October 17th\, you’ll first be introduced to our team\, and the wonderful Pryde Kilwinning who will be mentoring you across the week\, and then your bands will be formed. From there you’ll spend the next couple of days deciding on your setlist\, practising and having a jam with your new band. To celebrate and showcase your hard work and practise; at the end of the week you’ll be playing a set at our Beer Hall mainstage!  \n\n\n\nIt’s a great opportunity for young musicians. Not only to showcase their talents and perform infront of a live audience; but also to make some musically minded friends. Or maybe even be part of the Garnock Valley’s next biggest band! We’ve seen many successful musicians and bands come through our band factory project; and you could be next. So what are you waiting for? Get your tickets now! Spaces are limited so to avoid disappointment we advice you book in as soon as you can. The full weeks worth of activities is only £20 per person. \n\n\n\nJam sessions will run from 10am – 3pm and the gig will take place on Saturday 22nd October\, time TBC. Bring a packed lunch for your jam sessions (or pop into Mocha Jaks if you fancy). \n\n\n\nWe’ll be taking regular photos and videos of both the jam sessions and the gig performance. Please let us know well in advance if you wish to not be photographed or filmed. We also have spare equipment available if you would like to partake but don’t have an instrument of your own. SUMMARY:Ceramics Classes
DESCRIPTION:We’re hosting a brand new series of Ceramic classes for adults and kids! Join us at our Geilsland Estate Studio on Monday October 17th to try your hand at ceramics. Work with a proper kiln and ceramic paints to create your own masterpieces. Make your own mugs\, Christmas decoration\, Halloween ceramic\, or whatever else takes your fancy! \n\n\n\nAdult ceramic class \n\n\n\nOur adult ceramic class will run on Monday October 17th from 5pm – 7pm and is only £10 per person. Work with a proper kiln and create your own ceramic creation. They will then be transferred to be fired and a week later you can collect your brand new\, handmade\, beauty.  \n\n\n\nChild ceramic class \n\n\n\nOur child ceramic classes will run on Monday October 17th from 10am – 1pm. Classes are only £5 per person. During your chosen class you will work with clay to make your very own project and then beautify it with a selection of paints and sealers. A great way to be messy\, have fun\, and get your own creation at the end! We’ve also added another child’s class on Tuesday\, October 18th due to high demand! \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSpaces for all 3 classes are limited so don’t hesitate!
