SUMMARY:Botanic Art Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a captivating Botanical art workshop at Geilsland! We’ll be using nature’s beauty and artistic expression to make beautiful pieces of expressive art. Immerse yourself in a creative and educational experience that celebrated the intricate details and vibrant colours of the plant world.  \n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, led by our wonderful tutor Laura\, you will learn the fundamental techniques of botanical illustrations; from sketching to shading and watercolour painting. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience in art\, this workshop welcomes all skill levels.  Our skilled instructors will guide you in observing and capturing the intricate details of plants. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of botanical subjects and styles and learn the true extent of your artistic talents! The workshop provides a nurturing and supportive environment\, encouraging participants to explore their creativity and develop their own artistic style. \n\n\n\nWe have two different sessions running on Friday August 11th:  \n\n\n\nChild only session: 1pm – 2pm | Perfect for children aged 10 – 18 who want to try their hand at learning to take their art skills to the next level or to try something new! \n\n\n\nAdult & Child session: 3pm – 4pm | the perfect session for adults and children to make art together! Each child needs an accompanying adult for this class.
