Geilsland House Estate is a countryside estate based between Beith and Gateside on the B777, It is owned by Beith Trust and offers a unique combination of diverse event and function space, studio areas, and accommodations. At Geilsland we can provide the facilities needed to create a unique experience for all our visitors.  We specialise in hosting large events, community celebrations, festivals, training, social enterprise accommodation as well as smaller family events. The unique nature of our site allows us to host a variety of events for all the family and we pride ourselves on ensuring that no matter how big or small, elaborate or simple our events are; people have the best experience possible.

There are plenty of ways to get to Geilsland Estate. We are located a 20-minute drive from Glasgow airport and a 30-minute drive from Glasgow city centre and Irvine town centre. We are also within walking distance of Glengarnock train station and are accessible via the X36 and X34 buses which both have multiple stops in Beith which is a ten-minute walk from our site. If you’re driving to Geilsland you should head towards Gateside village and when you reach Main Road you’ll see our sign on the right-hand side of the road. Turn in here and you have arrived at Geilsland Estate. We have plenty of parking spaces available across the site.

If you can imagine it; we’ve likely done it!   We have hosted everything from birthday parties, beer festivals, comedy nights, gig nights, dog first-aid training, circus skills, and even a haybale maze. We pride ourselves on the diverse range of events and classes we host and we firmly believe that if there’s a will, there’s a way.

We have multiple facilities on-site; including, but not limited to, our main events hall, Geilsland Hall with a standing capacity of 800, our two Airbnb buildings, Cunninghame and Garnock with accommodate 56 people between 7 x 3 bedroom houses.  Our studio space accommodates up to 50 people, We have a 5-acre event field and motorhome and caravan stip over facilities in our Certified Location site and we also have the beautiful  Millport Chapel and the derelict Geilsland House, an 18th-century mansion.  Last but not least,  Mocha Jaks,  our onsite cafe is famous for its cakes and coffee

Mocha Jaks is our onsite cafe, owned and operated by a local family team. At Mocha Jaks you can enjoy their amazing selection of homemade breakfast and lunch foods, as well as a whole host of handmade cakes, biscuits, and goodies. The cafe is open Tuesday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm and is dog friendly; so even your four-legged friends can enjoy a wee treat!
