Cunningham House

Welcome to Cunningham House, our four spacious cottages each accommodate eight guests, offering a mix of ground-floor cosiness for two and first-floor comfort for six in two spacious bedrooms. Complete with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, inviting living rooms, and dining areas, each house ensures a comfortable stay. The entire Cunningham House accommodates 32 people, featuring a large industrial kitchen, recreational space with a smart TV, washing and drying facilities, free wifi, private entrances, outdoor furniture, on-site parking, and all the essentials for a seamless stay. With three inviting bedrooms in every home – one on the ground floor for two guests, and two on the first floor, graciously accommodating three guests each. Each home boasts its own functional kitchen, a cosy dining area, and a welcoming living room space. Gatehouse

Discover The Gatehouse – a private, two-bedroom cottage, located at the entrance of our country estate. A recently renovated cottage with two bedrooms, a bathroom, modern kitchen, and cosy living area, it strikes the perfect balance of style and comfort. Enjoy essential amenities, including a private garden area, free Wi-Fi, wall-mounted television, private parking, and laundry facilities. 

Geilsland Estate is only a short walk or drive from Beith town centre, providing easy travel connections to Glasgow and North Ayrshire.

“We recently stayed in the beautiful and very comfortable gatehouse. It was so lovely, clean and beautifully designed. We loved that the 2 double rooms were decorated so uniquely and they provide everything you’d need for a very relaxing and restful stay. The location is really peaceful and there are lovely views out to the fields and countryside and there are lots of scenic walks nearby. We had breakfast at Mokka JaK’s which is so handy for the gatehouse and was so delicious. All the staff were really welcoming and the pancakes were amazing! Staff from Geisland are so friendly, especially Cailley and they all go the extra mile to make events really fun and special. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable.”
