Empower your community with our free safeguarding course this March!

We’re excited to announce an upcoming free safeguarding course at Geilsland Estate this March! This course is designed to equip attendees with practical knowledge and skills to ensure the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults in our community.

Business as usual

What Will You Learn?

Led by one of Scotland’s top safeguarding consultants, the session will cover essential safeguarding topics; such as recognising signs of vulnerability, effective communication, and appropriate actions to be taken when you feel someone is in danger or needs support. These skills are necessary for ensuring we keep our community safe and thriving.

Who Should Attend?

This course is open to everyone, including parents, caregivers, teachers, community leaders, volunteers, and anyone interested in learning vital safeguarding techniques. No prior experience or education on the subject is necessary, just a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Why Attend?

We’re offering this course free of charge to make valuable information accessible to everyone in our community, and we have plenty of spaces available. It’s an opportunity to learn from an experienced safeguarding consultant and contribute to the safety of those who need it the most.
