Join us for a delightful family night filled with music, dance, and merriment at the Garnock Valley Pipes & Drums Ceilidh Fundraiser! This event aims to raise funds to support the GVPD’s initiative, providing traditional music tuition for children in the Garnock Valley and keeping traditional Scottish alive in North Ayrshire.
Experience a live performance by our talented young Garnock Valley Pipes & Drums students, enjoy the charm of the Highland Dancers, and try your luck at our enticing raffle featuring many incredible prizes. The night will be alive with Ceilidh music and dancing, featuring live music from the fantastic Binky Blue. Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7pm start, and we’ll be wrapping up at 10:30pm; plenty of time to grab a taxi!
Our fully stocked bar awaits you, and a dedicated children’s area ensures the little ones have a great time too. Feel free to bring your own snacks for your tables, or indulge in the delicious offers The Munchy Van will be bringing along! Would you like to unlock the joy of playing guitar? With Step-By-Step Guitar Lessons at Geilsland, you can achieve the ambition of learning how to play like a pro! These in-person lessons allow you to learn at your own pace, with a professional, high-quality, tutor guiding you along the way. You will develop your skills and knowledge of music theory and practice techniques that will help you become the confident, creative guitarist you desire to be. With 6 weeks of lessons for only £20, this course will show you how to master basic chords, scales, and strumming patterns to complex riffs and solos.
