Join us for a harmonious journey of fun and music! Our Group Singing Workshops are the perfect opportunity for budding young vocalists aged 7 to 11 to explore the joys of singing. Over a 6-week block, every Wednesday from 5:20pm to 5:55pm, at the enchanting Geilsland Estate, kids will learn essential vocal techniques, discover the power of teamwork through group singing, and most importantly, have a blast while doing it. Don’t miss out on this chance to nurture your child’s musical talents and create lasting memories. The workshops will run on the following Wednesdays:

Would you like to unlock the joy of playing guitar? With Step-By-Step Guitar Lessons at Geilsland, you can achieve the ambition of learning how to play like a pro! These in-person lessons allow you to learn at your own pace, with a professional, high-quality, tutor guiding you along the way. You will develop your skills and knowledge of music theory and practice techniques that will help you become the confident, creative guitarist you desire to be. With 6 weeks of lessons for only £20, this course will show you how to master basic chords, scales, and strumming patterns to complex riffs and solos. Unlock the power of the guitar and begin your journey with our guitar lessons today!

The lessons will run over six weeks on the following dates:

Introducing our youth open mic night, the latest venture from Beith Trust Music Project! Join us on the last Thursday of each month, beginning May 25th, at Beith Community Centre for an evening of live music. Each month you will have the opportunity to come along and perform any songs you like, no matter your skill level, genre, or experience, in front of a live audience. If you don’t fancy performing you’re more than welcome to pop along and just enjoy the good music and great vibes. Entry is free for all and the event will begin at 6:30pm. Our monthly youth open mic night is a great opportunity for young performers and musicians to play in front of a live audience, get some experience, and maybe make some new friends!

Drum Lessons are coming to Geilsland! We’re running an exciting new 10-week block booking of drumming lessons for young people in the Garnock Valley; every Thursday at Geilsland Country Estate Studio. For only £15 for the whole 10 weeks, you’ll learn as a beginner and get to grips with all aspects of drumming. What does that entail you ask?

Beginners
Beginner sessions are for people who have never played the drums, or only know the basics, and are interested in learning. You’ll be learning the anatomy of a drum kit, a basic understanding of rhythm in music, and how to play your first drum beats. This will end with you begin able to play along to a selection of popular songs! The first session will run from 3:45pm – 4:15pm and the second will run from 4:20pm – 4:50pm

We’ll provide all the equipment; you just need to bring yourself!
